The website is operated by ECOMORA GROUP LLC, trading as Myonivo (“Myonivo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND LAWFUL USE

Myonivo products are not a substitute for exercise, a balanced diet, rehabilitation prescribed by a qualified professional, or medical treatment.
Read and follow the product manual, placement instructions, warnings, and contraindications before use.
Do not use a Myonivo device where prohibited by the product instructions.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you:
• Have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or another implanted electronic device.
• Have a heart condition.
• Have epilepsy or a seizure disorder.
• Are pregnant or may be pregnant.
• Have a serious medical condition.
• Are recovering from surgery or injury.
• Are uncertain whether electrical muscle stimulation is appropriate for you.
Stop using the product and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience pain, unusual skin irritation, dizziness, discomfort beyond normal muscle contraction, or another adverse reaction.
Individual experiences and results vary. Myonivo does not guarantee a particular fitness, strength, muscle-definition, weight-loss, body-composition, or wellness result.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, specifications, prices, availability, and promotions accurately.
Screen settings, photography, production updates, and manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences between website images and the delivered product.
We reserve the right to:
• Correct errors or omissions.
• Update product information.
• Change prices or promotions.
• Limit purchase quantities.
• Discontinue products.
• Cancel orders affected by pricing, availability, or listing errors.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled order.

• You own or control the necessary rights.

• The content does not contain malicious code, unlawful material, or misleading claims.
You grant Myonivo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display submitted content for operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law.
We may review, edit for length or clarity, moderate, or remove submitted content. We are not required to publish any submission.
Testimonials and reviews describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will achieve the same result.
Where required, we will disclose material relationships such as free products, discounts, or compensation.

Myonivo does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, content, security, availability, or practices.

11. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

If an affected paid order is canceled, we will refund the applicable amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from a product, order, or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Myonivo for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Myonivo, its affiliates, personnel, agents, suppliers, and service providers harmless from third-party claims arising from:
• Your unlawful use of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your infringement of another person’s rights.
15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you:

Obligations and provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
The state and federal courts located in Cass County, Missouri will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the policies referenced within them constitute the entire agreement between you and Myonivo concerning the Services, except where additional written terms apply.
